Return Policy

Urban Leash & Treat stands by our high-quality natural, organic and sustainable pet products. If the merchandise you purchased is defective or faulty, we accept returns within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please contact us and provide specifics of the defect(s) so we can communicate with the manufacturer.

If you just changed your mind and wish to return your purchase, we are happy to accommodate you. We accept these returns within 15 days of the date of receipt. All products must be in their original packaging and in new, resellable condition.

We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been opened, taken out of its original packaging or used. Unfortunately, due to the health risks we do not accept returns on pet bedding.

Returns: To return a product, send it to the address specified on the Contact Us page.

• Proof of purchase must be accompanied with all returns.
• Returns will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• The customer is responsible for the original purchase and return shipping feess.
• Please insure your package to avoid liability for shipping damages or losses while in transit back to Urban Leash & Treat.
• Please package your return merchandise with sufficient packing material to avoid damage in transit.
• Urban Leash & Treat cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged merchandise.

Mis-shipment: Did we send you the wrong item?

• All mis-shipped items must be reported within the 15 day return policy period.
• Contact us by email or phone using the contact information on the Contact Us page. In your communication, please leave your name, order number, phone number and a brief description of the item that you received.
• We will contact you and provide you with instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement.

Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or item?

• Exchanges must be processed within 15 days of date of receipt.
• Simply place an order online for the correct item.
• Return the item(s) to be exchanged in original, unused, resellable condition following the return instructions above. Please be sure to adequately package the items. We will not exchange or refund merchandise that comes back to us damaged. We encourage you to insure your shipment.
• The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.

Cancelled Orders: Please be aware that we often process orders on the same day they are placed or the next day. For this reason, you may not be able to cancel your order after it is placed. If we have not yet boxed up your order, we will be happy to cancel you order. If you request to cancel your order and it is boxed and waiting for pick up by the delivery service, you will be refunded the amount of the order less 15% of the product price as a restocking fee.

Food Treats, Unpackaged: All natural dog and cat food treats sold individually and not in factory-sealed packaging are not returnable. If your dog or cat does not like the treat, please offer it to a favorite canine or feline friend of yours.

Closeout and Sale Items: No returns are accepted on closeout and sale items unless the products are defective.

Pet Beds from West Paw Design: West Paw Design fully guarantees their products against defects in material and workmanship. Returns must be made withint thirty days of original purchase. Returned items must be in original, resalable condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Pet Beds from Big Shrimpy: Big Shrimpy will refund the original purchase price on items that are returned within thirty days of delivery in their original condition. "Original condition" means that the item does not show any sign of use or damage by pets including pet hair, any other sign of wear, use or washing. Big Shrimpy reserves the right to make the final decision about whether a returned item is in its original condition.

Engraved Pet Identification Tags from Boomerang Tags: Boomerang Tags guarantees customer satisfaction. Plastic tags are guaranteed to last for two years from the date of purchase and will not break or come apart due to a manufacturing defect. However, they cannot guarantee tags to be "chew" proof. Boomerang Tags guarantees that the flat, stainless steel CollarTags will remain "functional" for the life of your pet. They will replace a plastic or steel tag free of charge if it ever becomes unreadable. Free replacement pet identification tags will have the same exact information as engraved on the original tag.

Discount Policy

Urban Leash & Treat offers pricing discounts in the form of discount codes used during checkout.

A maximum of one discount code may be applied for each order. Discounts may not be combined.

Shipping discounts may not apply to products that ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. pet beds or pet tags).

Shipping Policy

Urban Leash & Treat ships orders within 1 - 3 days of order receipt. Orders with overnight shipping are completed the next business day.

We ship to addresses in the United States of America.

Some Urban Leash & Treat products (pet beds, engraved pet tags and others) may ship directly from the manufacturer. Manufacturers may select their own shipping policies and carriers. Review our product pages for detailed shipping information for products that ship from the manufacturer.
