Big Shrimpy

Big Shrimpy creates products that are functional for our four-legged friends, stylish enough for any living space, completely washable, and planet-friendly. Big Shrimpy design principles are based on using Earth's resources wisely. They incorporate recycled materials where possible and build products to last.

Big Shrimpy emphasizes manufacturing products that reduce the amount of natural resources withdrawn from the Earth. They do this by:

• where possible, salvaging waste materials from other industries to use in their products. This diverting waste from landfills and reducing their demand for new raw materials.
• designing products to have a longer than average life in order to slow the cycle of throw-away-and-buy-another, again reducing the need for new raw materials.

Big Shrimpy's goal is for 70% of annual revenue to be from products containing at least 50% recycled materials. Big Shrimpy further emphasizes following environmentally sustainable practices in the company's day-to-day activities and donates a portion of its annual product sales to a non-profit organization that works to encourage environmentally friendly business practices.
