Plastic pet tags are guaranteed to last for two years from the date of purchase and will not break or come apart due to a manufacturing defect. We will replace a plastic tag free of charge if it ever becomes unreadable. Free replacement pet identification tags will have identical information as engraved on the original tag.

We cannot guarantee plastic tags to be chew-proof. Plastic tags are not recommended for teething puppies. We do not guarantee the engraving text you give us to be correct. Orders submitted with incorrect engraving information are not eligible for a free replacement tag.
