I have several of these bananas that I keep in (what I thought was) an airtight container, but one day I came home to find my cats plastered to the container looking crazed. I pulled one banana out and WHAM! Cat magnet! Now I keep the sealed container up high. In the garage. In another city. ;o) (Ok, that was a slight exaggeration, but this is POTENT STUFF!)

I would love this toy even if my cats didn't, because let's face it, it's pretty entertaining to see your cats running around with a giant yellow banana in their mouths. But, both of my cats love this toy, too. It is the perfect size for them to wrestle with, and the catnip has them coming back for more.

I've bought both the apple and the banana -- while my cats adore both, there's something about the banana that they find particularly appealing. I think it's the shape and that it has ends to bite on. They love, love, love these toys!
